Below, please read the PPHL modifications of the USA Hockey Rulebook that will be used in all PPHL events.

The Power Play Hockey League governs all PPHL Leagues & Tournaments based on the rules and regulations of the USA Hockey Rulebook.

Rule Changes/ Updates Effective May, 2021

Please review the following rule changes and modifications below:

1.  PPHL has added the option of a game ejection penalty. A game ejection penalty results in removal of a player from the current game, without additional suspension(s). 
2.  Accumulation of 3 penalties one game results in a game ejection 
3.  3 game ejections in a season results in a 1 game suspension
4.  Accumulation of 3 game misconducts results in suspension for the remainder of the season
